  • Contributed on 7 patented inventions related to blending system designs, beverage authentication, and micro puree systems, including US Patents 11503959 B2, 20220202252 A1, D922133 S, D917967 S, D911766 S20200281409 A1, 20180354713 A1

  • Managed technical project development for top-selling products, including the Ninja CREAMi™ 7-in-1 Ice Cream Maker and the “Oprah’s Favorites Things List” Cold & Hot Blender, leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful product launches.

  • Designed and developed complex electromechanical systems, and conducted testing to ensure the production of cost-effective 5-star products that meet customer needs.

  • Researched and developed system architectures for the next generation of innovative consumer household products for the Ninja heated, motorized, and beverage technical groups, resulting in the creation of the space-saving Ninja Flip-Away Oven

  • Conducted design and engineering studies to identify and solve technical and consumer issues at all stages of product development, with a focus on enhancing user experience.

  • Created a range of prototypes using a variety of tools, including foam models, CAD drawings, 3D prints, and advanced shop tools.

  • Worked with global manufacturers to develop a range of customer consumables, such as coffee pods and plastic bags, that met high-quality standards and customer expectations.

Design Engineer I, ARC Technology Solutions L.L.C.
  • Designed and manufactured ITAR electro-mechanical systems using SolidWorks, creating GD&T drawings for compliance reviews, and reducing production time and cost for multiple clients.

  • Modelled multiple complex systems, including a range of custom sensors and gear solutions, designed for hard-to-reach areas.

  • Collaborated with a team of quality manufacturers to ensure cable drawings and products for multiple clients were accurately documented and tracked.

  • Designed custom PCBAs and conducted FEA analysis for complex testing systems.

  • Developed an aerospace system of linear actuators and custom designed ratcheting gear box that senses torque while tightening multiple fasteners.

  • Designed multiple sheet metal enclosure for a jet engine testing with multiple custom PCBA’s and military grade connectors, which included BOM, user guide, and instructions for military personnel.

  • Served as the department’s CAD PDM Administrator.

  • Performed detailed data analysis of production line processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that increased efficiency and reduced waste.
