The S.M.A.R.T. (Stability Monitoring Arthritic Rehab Therapy) Knee Brace is an innovative solution for patients undergoing rehabilitation for knee injuries. The wrap-around brace is designed to sense the range of motion (ROM) of a patient's knee using two flex sensors, and store the data for further rehabilitation. The brace also incorporates therapeutic thermal energy by using 34 infrared LEDs (870nm) for heat and thermo-electric cooler for chilling.
